Delivery & Collection: Due to base return requirements, both delivery and collection services are required. Please confirm your preferred collection time and date via email at hello@custombaloonsco.au. There will be no additional costs for collection.

Custom Color & Logo Printing:

To ensure we match your exact branding, please email your Order Number, preferred colour scheme and high-resolution logo to hello@custombaloonsco.au after placing your order.

Note: Printing is suitable for simple text and logos only. We cannot print photographic images onto balloons.
