We understand that life happens and plans can change, and we’re always here to help adjust your order whenever possible!

Changes & Cancellations (5+ Days Notice):

All orders can be changed or cancelled up to 5 days prior to your scheduled delivery or pickup date. If you need to cancel your order outside of this 5-day window, we will gladly issue a refund minus a 5% administrative fee. This fee simply covers non-refundable merchant transaction fees charged by our payment gateways and processing platforms.

Late Cancellations (Under 5 Days Notice):

Because each order is custom-made, cancellations requested within less than 5 days of the delivery date are final and non-refundable. At this stage, our team has already reserved your delivery slot, ordered specialized inventory, and begun prepping your custom decor.

How to Request a Change or Cancellation:

To modify or cancel your order, please email us directly at hello@customballoonsco.au. To ensure we have a clear record of your request, all changes and cancellations must be made via email.
